bdham.in पोर्टल का उपयोग करने अथवा पूजा संकल्प बुक करने पर आप इन सेवा शर्तों से सहमति प्रकट करते हैं। हम तीर्थ पुरोहितों के सहयोग से सनातन परंपरा अनुसार वैदिक अनुष्ठान संपन्न करवाते हैं।By accessing bdham.in or booking puja sankalpas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All rituals are performed in strict adherence to Vedic traditions through verified Tirth Purohits.
2. पूजा संकल्प एवं प्रसाद प्रेषण नियम2. Puja Sankalp & Prasad Dispatch
यजमान द्वारा दिए गए नाम व गोत्र से विधिवत संकल्प किया जाता है। पूजा के उपरांत पवित्र भस्म, अभिमंत्रित रक्षा सूत्र, बेलपत्र एवं सूखा प्रसाद स्पीड पोस्ट / कूरियर द्वारा प्रेषित किया जाता है। मौसम या डाक विभाग के विलंब पर हमारा नियंत्रण नहीं होता।Rituals are consecrated strictly under the provided Name and Gotra. Following completion, sanctified prasad packets are securely dispatched via registered post/courier across India.
3. विधिक क्षेत्राधिकार3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
ये सेवा शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों के अधीन हैं और किसी भी प्रकार के कानूनी विवाद का विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार देवघर (झारखंड) की सक्षम अदालतों में होगा।These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of Deoghar, Jharkhand.
